Clearstory is the construction industry’s only Change Order Communication Tool connecting Subcontractors and General Contractors in a real-time, cloud-based COR network to align on outstanding Change Order Risk. The Clearstory app creates instant, digital T&M tags for Subcontractors and General Contractors, eliminating the need to track out-of-contract work on triplicate carbon-copy paper tickets. View Change Order Requests you’ve sent and received and speed T&M approval and COR processing to reduce risk and improve productivity and cash flow. Plus, Clearstory is broadly integrated to work as a complement to your existing financial and project management software.
Key Features:
T&M Made Easy: Clearstory helps project partners instantly create, share, track, and resolve digital Time and Material (T&M) tags quickly and easily.
Better Jobsite Reporting: Ditch triplicate carbon copy and paper T&M tags forever. Connect with project partners in real-time to eliminate manual workflows and resolve extra work.
Complete Visibility: View Change Order Requests you've sent or received, view and edit project details, and extend or accept invitations to projects from other Clearstory users.
Streamlined Integrations: Create a T&M Tag with an HCSS Time Card and upload photos and files from Autodesk, Egnyte, Procore, and Sharepoint via Agave. Bulk edit labor, materials, equipment, and other fields for T&M.
Standardized Reporting: General Contractors can instantly standardize T&M and COR reporting from trade partners to reduce risk, improve forecasting, and avoid fee erosion.
Faster Payments: Specialty Contractors can eliminate paper processes, improve jobsite productivity and morale, and get paid faster for out-of-contract work.
Clearstory is engineered by contractors, for contractors. It's the only digital T&M app and Change Order Communication Tool purpose-built to reduce risk for all stakeholders. Join us in making the construction industry a more efficient, productive, and inspiring place to work.
